  • and speaking about internship, my problem about getting a leave for me to s'pore has been settled. not fully actually, at least i found a solution now. i wont be following the majorities to leave kl in the morning. a few of us, the minorities will be going there ourself at night. thank goodness a few of my friends in rc is having quite the same problem as i am. and qy, if you're reading this, come come come and join us at night. keke ! bad news no more ! =p
i just got to know that rc is the first cultural group in sgm that is going oversea to compete. how great and proud is that! anyway, i started to have really great impression about this competition. though it's not over, but throughout the passed few practices, i could feel that we are all bonded together, working really hard towards the competition. i was very touched with the evaluation day. all about the jogging, aerobics, and wt boiled liong sui for all sopranos. it's a feeling that i havent been experiencing after joining rc for more than 3 years. am expecting more touching moments to come, one by one til we reach our destiny. to win is a bonus, but if we can transcend our limits in singing, improve our skills at the end of the day, this is the winning point for us already. the important thing is to look back and see that we're a step ahead from what we were before and that we're now ascended to another level. if we can achieve this, winning and losing merely and title, for we know we've already win in rc! i understand that some of us are having lots of problems about this whole competition thing. financial, getting the right costume for guys, some couldnt get leave, some have to pay to get leave, some having exams, etc etc. but faith is all that we can resort now, lets pray hard and we're on our journey of success! gambateh!

  • im officially the main person to contact if you have not bought your present to ck. hehe !! i bought a shirt for him like a month ago. and then 2 person says 'lets share'. and i say ok. later, another friend wants to share along. and i say ok. next few weeks. one by one calling me on my cell to add in their share..hehe ! altogether there will be 10 person sharing two presents. luckily im on holiday now, wahaha, which means i have time to shop, and which also means instead of shopping for pressies, im doing my own shopping also !! keke! how fun is that !!

watch 'take the lead' today. like it a lot. been wanting to watch this movie since last month. really love the dances inside, ballroom, tango, salsa etc etc. i always like movies about dancing.. like 'you've got served' and 'dirty dancing'.. i felt that when people are dancing, you can see a different side of that person. totally another point of view. it makes someone so alive and with so much confidence !

oh im having a big problem now. see, before i even start my internship, im already having one big problem. just got to know that we have to leave for s'pore on friday morning. which means  i will to take leave or hand in a MC on monday. but the thing is, my lecturer told us that we are not allowed to take leave as we're on training. so imagine you as a supervisor, your staff start working and suddenly on the 5th day she is missing. all my good impression is gone !! oh no !! what am i going to do??

  • went to the lantern festival at bkt jalil just now. the initial plan was to go with tt, ch and the guys from help, but end most of my girlfriends couldnt make it. and i was really bored at home, so ajaked mel, jacky, ck and sp along. turn out it was fun actually. though some people say the festival is not really interesting, i say it depends on which group of friends you are going with. if you're going with a bunch of close friends, that you hangout together oftenly, then even the earth most boring event wouldnt stop you from having fun together. anyway, the lanterns are all made of cloths, with lightings. we were late. thanks to ck, i was waiting at home for him to come, and mel was msging me saying she has already arrive. sigh. hehe. what we did was a lot of photo taking, and playing with angles, which was the most interesting part. hehe! because by just plainly snapping it like that is no fun at all. there was this part when we wanted to asked some passerby to help up snap photo, we were eyeing this guy, he was using a very professionaly camera snapping photos of different angle, he look really professional. so we decided to ask him to help us. we thought that he is some guy from newspaper that is reporting the festival. jacly was saying he is definitely from the star as he was wearing a red t shirt. lame. hehe =p anyway, when we were at this gigantic buddha lantern, we saw this pro guy again, and again, we ask him to help us snap a photo. he was ok with it. not just that he used his very-canggih camera to snap also. so the thoughts of us appearing in the papers were lighten up! hehe. but ironically, he said he is not reporters from newspapers, he studies computer but photography is his passion. so sad right? our hope to appear in the papers just vanished like that. keke! well, im still waiting for his email, he promise to send us the photo. ~apart from just huge lanterns, there are a lot of other stuff also. hawker stall and lots of booths- potraits drawing, modern fortune teller, phone strap booth, rent a chinese traditional costume and snap a photo, steamboat, and other food. last but not least the 'mak nga tong' i dont know what is it call in english. we first have to spin the thing. to see which animal we get. and then this lady from china will make this  mak nga tong into the animal shape that we had spin earlier on. all of us bought one, not one actually. hehe. i bought 3, ck also 3, and mel got 2. mine is a rooster which i gave it to my mum. the other two is goat and a peace bird. very interesting i would say. the lady was very skillful, she used the melted mak nga tong to make shapes of animals.
